We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. Support messages and device logs may be retained for a shorter operational period.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and optional transaction PINs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your devices.

7. Your choices

You may update profile details in Settings, manage notification preferences, join or leave product waitlists, and request account closure via support. Subject to local law, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

8. Children

ORYNO is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
